Sarah Dobson is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati. Sarah brings a wealth of clinical experience and a genuine passion for patient-centered care to her practice.

 

Sarah’s path to becoming a Nurse Practitioner was shaped by over a decade of hands-on experience. She spent 12 years as a Registered Nurse at Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura, including time in the ICU during the COVID-19 pandemic. That experience proved to be a turning point — witnessing firsthand the toll of acute illness deepened her commitment to preventive care and inspired her to pursue advanced practice. Sarah made the transition to focus on building meaningful, lasting relationships with her patients and helping keep them healthy and out of the hospital.

 

Outside of the clinic, Sarah is most at home in her garden or curled up with a good novel. She is an avid traveler and treasures time spent with her family — and with her two beloved dogs, a Cane Corso and a Goldendoodle, who keep life lively.
